Incentive Schemes

Konecranes has several incentive schemes in place for its personnel. A majority of Konecranes’ personnel are participants in bonus or other result dependent incentive programs. Our activities are scattered in hundreds of units all over the world. In order to support the entrepreneurial spirit that leads to good results we have launched three Stock Option Plans (1997, 1999, 2001 and 2007) targeting managers and key personnel within the group.
