Konecranes continues standardizing procurement processes and purchasing agreements globally. The procurement organization is further strengthened, and related systems development continued. Konecranes has started regular management meetings with selected key suppliers to improve operational performance. to ensure material availability, we also continued improving our demand visibility with respect to our supplier base.
