Making paper is a long and complicated process. You have to transform wood pulp into sheets which must be dried, rolled, and cut into sheets and packed. After a period of storage, these pulp bales are then shipped to a paper or cardboard factory, where water and chemicals are added. Recycled fibers especially need a lot of treatment before they become paper.

Once it emerges as sheets from the paper machine, it is wound into rolls. These giant rolls are rewound and cut into new rolls for customer delivery. These customer rolls must stored, ready for delivery. The paper mill works fast and your product needs to be shipped on time to meet demanding customer schedules. You cannot afford any downtime.
