Corporate Governance Statement

In connection with the report by the Board of Directors, the company shall issue a separate Corporate Governance Statement. The separate report shall be disclosed to the public together with the report by the Board of Directors and made available on the Company website simultaneously.

A Corporate Governance Statement according to the Finnish Corporate Governance Code was made first time in 2009. The Statements shall be kept on the website for 5 years.
