TRUVIEW remote crane monitoring monitors the real usage of your crane through remote connection. With available usage data we are able to provide you with online reports with information that helps you to increase the safety of your crane usage, optimize your maintenance spending, and plan and budget your hoist’s modernization needs in advance.
Through remote connection TRUVIEW collects actual usage data from your crane and prepares you a report that focuses on safety, maintenance optimization, and hoist lifecycle assessment.
Emergency stops, overloads and other operator induced safety issues of hoists are captured and reported. This enables you to address the problem and take corrective actions before any real incidents occur.
TRUVIEW remote service for cranes provides information that tells you in advance when maintenance is needed and parts need to be changed. Repairs can be performed during inspection visits which may save you a service call.
Remote connection to your crane allows you to see how your hoist is actually used. You see the remaining design lifetime of the hoist and its components and can also evaluate how differences in production have changed designed lifetime of your hoist. This enables you to plan and budget your hoist modernization and maintenance needs in advance.
Remote connection availability is included in new Konecranes cranes but can also be installed as a retrofit package to existing cranes. The remote connection is based on a condition monitoring unit (CMU) that collects detailed information from the crane and sends it back to Konecranes Remote Center through internet connection. The Remote Center analyzes and compiles the information into a report that you can view online.
TRUVIEW remote service is currently available for Konecranes CXT cranes for industrial applications and for SMARTON cranes for heavy applications.
