Our RMG crane technology was developed with the goal of meeting RMG owners needs to serve their customers efficiently and reliably while being able to operate their business profitably. The following features create the platform for the high performance crane with low maintenance cost.

• Unique patented Konecranes Active Load Control (ACL) system. ACL provides the most effective sway prevention system in the market and additionally horizontal fine positioning of the spreader (the spreader can be moved up to 300 mm in trolley/gantry travel direction without moving the trolley/gantry). Because of the ACL our RMG crane is extremely easy to operate even for the new and unexperienced crane drivers. They will achieve rapidly the required production figures.
  
  
• Spreader trim with hoist machinery units eliminating separate special trim mechanisms.
  
  
• No hydraulics on the crane, only on the spreader. This means better reliability, less maintenance and lower environmental risks.
