These hoisting motors with 60 % ED not only increase performance required even in temporary peak usage situations, but also improve reliability. Two speed hoisting and inverter controlled smooth travelling motion makes the material handling times shorter and boost the productivity.

Superior Safety and Long Lasting Reliability
Compared to traditional designs the CXT's lifting ropes have multiple life time due to the large rope drum diameter and minimal rope fleet angles. The new ergonomic design of the hook forging and safety catch makes it easier and safer for the worker rigging the load. The high performance brakes have an adjustment-free and dust-proof construction. They are designed for the life time of the hoists (FEM) and they can brake over one million times without adjustment. The gears deployed in CXT are manufactured with extreme accuracy, which combined with hardened and ground gear fabrication means trouble-free operation even after years of intensive use.
