Charter of the Board

The "Charter of the Board of Directors of Konecranes Plc" governs the work of the Board and forms an integral part of the corporate governance framework in Konecranes.

This Charter supplements the provisions of the Finnish Companies Act and the Company's Articles of Association.

Information on this Charter shall permit the shareholders of the Company to evaluate the operation of the Board.
