Anniina Virta-Toikka

Anniina lives and breathes sustainability and her “superpower” is the ability to manage change with a positive feeling. Throughout her career, Anniina has focused on climate issues, helping organizations to find ways to minimize environmental impact – through systems, data gathering, marketing and mindset change. Anniina joined Konecranes in 2019 and she is leading the Sustainability team, which is coordinating group level sustainability and focuses on leading development in environmental topics and social responsibility. Mikko Välimaa

When we talk about health and safety, we think about Mikko Välimaa. Throughout his career, Mikko has focused on helping companies to keep their employee safe. Mikko joined Konecranes in 2017 and he wants safety to be in the DNA of all our employees. In his role as the head of HSEQ, Mikko brings together everything that is dear to him: the health and wellbeing of people, safety for everyone, maximizing lifecycle value and eliminating waste, and quality in everything we do. Find out more about Mikko by watching his Career video from 2019.
