Manjiri Kulkarni

In May 2021, Manjiri is celebrating her 10th year at Konecranes. She started as an Electrical Engineer working on product data after finalizing her Bachelor of Engineering studies. Today Manjiri is a manager, overseeing a Konecranes Item Creation Service Electrical team of 16. This centralized team creates technical information and model of electrical components in certain Konecranes systems. Manjiri is talented and passionate about her work and her colleagues appreciate her professionalism, collaboration, and communication skills. Manjiri is based in Pune, India.

Human Resources Director, EMEA Middle East

Reshma Amin

Reshma is an experienced Human Resources professional, with a strong background in talent acquisition. She started at Demag in 2009 and joined Konecranes later through the merger. Today, Reshma works in Dubai, leading an HR team in Middle East who support people in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. In addition, Reshma is managing projects related to Diversity and Inclusion – which are themes close to her heart. Colleagues describe Reshma as intelligent, methodical, dedicated, customer-centric, fun-loving, vocal and confident team player!
