Die gripper crane in stamping plant

This animation shows a Konecranes die gripper crane in a stamping plant at a press line with five moving bolsters on both sides of the press doing a die set change. 

Five dies are taken from press bolsters back to warehouse and a new set of five is moved from the warehouse to the bolsters. The Konecranes Warehouse Management System gives transfer instructions to the crane PLC. The order of dies in a die pile in the warehouse has no warehousing rules, i.e. any die can be placed upon another.
