The importance of gear case inspections | Protection against catastrophic failures

Join us for a webinar on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. EDT

Have you taken steps to ensure your crane operation is protected against catastrophic failure?

Identifying potential failures before they become significant safety or production risks is the foundation of the most effective preventive maintenance programs. Inspecting your equipment on a frequent and periodic basis, as required by law, is of the utmost importance. However, just as important is the inspection of components that fall outside of a standard compliance inspection.

Join us for a webinar as we discuss the importance of internal gear case inspections using non-destructive testing. We will focus on how gears are designed for normal operations in crane applications but also their inherent potential for failure, and the hidden issues, when left untouched, that can cause premature failure in hoist gearing.
