The basic project manager work, such as maintaining project schedules and checking cost forecasts, as well as taking care of customer relationships and customer communications, is of course in the essence of a project manager’s daily work.

Projects of all sizes

At Konecranes, our customers come from various industries and with various needs from all around the world. Therefore, the size of the projects can vary from smaller to very large, and one project can last up to 2 years, especially with large port projects.

We provide our project managers with relevant training and support to ensure they have what it takes to succeed in their challenging role.
