KCI Konecranes International PLC Issues a Serial Bond

KCI Konecranes International Plc will issue a fixed rate serial bond to the maximum amount of EUR 100 million. The bond is targeted at institutional investors. The issue will be arranged by Leonia Corporate Bank Plc.  
 
The serial bond will be issued in two or more tranches with a variable issue price through a public auction process ("book-building"). The bond has a maturity of five (5) years (24 November 2000- 24 November 2005). The bond will be issued as book-entry securities, each with a nominal value of EUR 100,000. KCI Konecranes International Plc applies for a listing of the bond on the Helsinki Exchanges.  
 
With the serial bond KCI Konecranes International Plc brings to the market a publicly quoted debt instrument and diversifies the company's financing sources.
