Robur's Fund Management Companies' Holding in KCI Konecranes International PLC

This is a notice under the Securities Market Act. of Finland

Robur's funds management companies have on 4 August, 2000 informed that on behalf of the companies' mutual funds they have sold shares in KCI Konecranes international PLC and own 381.969 shares in the company. After the sale their aggregate shareholding has fallen below 5 % of the KCI Konecranes outstanding shares.  
 
Robur's mutual funds thus controls 2,55% of the share capital of KCI Konecranes International PLC. The shares are nominee held and would, if reregistered in the holder's own name, represent 2,55 % of voting rights.  
 
KCI Konecranes has only one class of shares. The share capital is 30,000,000 EUR and the total number of shares is 15,000,000. Each share is entitled to one vote.
