The subscription period of the first tranche of KCI Konecranes International Plc's serial bond 1/2000 terminated on 21 November, 2000. The bonds are issued in several tranches through book-building.
The coupon rate of the loan is 6.25 % Bids were accepted to the value of EUR 25 million. The accepted bids resulted in an issue price of 99.979 % corresponding to a yield of 6.255 %. The bonds are issued in book-entry form with a denomination of EUR 200,000. The maximum amount of the serial bond is EUR 100 million. The issue is arranged by Leonia Corporate Bank plc.
