TRUCONNECT Remote Monitoring

Sensors and a condition monitoring unit on the crane continuously collect usage, condition and operating data such as running time, loads, motor starts, work cycles and emergency stops. Notifications of critical alerts, such as hoist overloads, emergency stops and overtemperature occurrences through text or email alerts.


TRUCONNECT Brake Monitoring

Provides continuous information regarding the wearing friction material, air gap and different brake faults. Brake fault alerts can be sent by text message or email.


TRUCONNECT Wire Rope Monitoring

Designed to provide real-time insight into the condition of a wire rope. It reveals both visible exterior defects as well as internal defects that are not detectable with a visual inspection. 


TRUCONNECT Remote Support

24/7 access to a global network of crane experts and specialists, offering problem solving and troubleshooting to help reduce unplanned downtime. In controlled circumstances, two-way communication with the machines and their operators can be established in order to expedite corrective action.
