ESP.4 – welcome to high-performance
multi-purpose handling

Our new Konecranes Gottwald ESP.4 Mobile Harbor Cranes are designed for cargo handling on Feeder class vessels. They have a working radius of up to 42 m, lifting capacities of up to 100 t and lifting speeds of up to 120 m/min. These two-rope cranes offer high flexibility when handling containers as well as general and project cargo. Equipped with motor grabs, they have a 40 t grab load curve to handle bulk cargo.

Loading and unloading of containers with 30 t under spreader on Feeder class vessels:

For fast and efficient handling of all types of general cargo:

Powerful 63 t lifting capacity curve up to 24 m
Lifting speeds of up to 120 m/min

Project cargo

For precise handling of bulky and heavy project cargo:

100 t lifting capacity up to a radius of 16 m
80 t lifting capacity up to a radius of 20 m

Bulk cargo

High-performance bulk handling on Handymax class vessels:

40 t motor grab load curve in A7 classification up to a radius of 25 m
34 t motor grab load curve in A8 classification up to a radius of 25 m

Konecranes Gottwald Mobile Harbor Cranes have been developed for all types of terminals. They can be moved quickly and easily around the entire terminal on their rubber-tired chassis. For terminals with lower quay loads and smaller surface areas, we offer other crane types – mounted on:

Portals

For more than 20 years, we have offered mobile harbor crane technology on portals, for terminals with lower quay loads or existing rail infrastructure. The portals are adapted to the existing track width, the required clearance height and the rail load.

Barges

We have offered our Konecranes Gottwald Cranes on Barge for terminal-independent operation for more than 15 years. Whether on the shore, river or open sea, our cranes are reliable and powerful cargo handling machines.

Pedestals

Our mobile harbor crane technology is also generally designed to be mounted on a pedestal directly on the terminal floor. This is one option for terminals with a small quay area.
