    The crane’s durable, anodized aluminium surface requires minimal maintenance and gives lifetime protection against corrosion. Lighter than steel by about 50%, it has less rolling resistance in manual applications. Offering exceptional utility and flexibility, the Konecranes KBK aluminium workstation lifting systems are available ceiling-mounted or freestanding, single or double girder, or even on a monorail.

    • Single (load capacity up to 2,000kg) and double girder bridges (load capacity up to 3,200kg) with articulated or rigid movement

    • installations for manipulator handling
  • Manual or motorized trolleys and bridges
  • Smooth-running trolleys with low rolling resistance
  • Service hatch for easy trolley inspection and maintenance
  • Energy supply via festoon or integrated conductor lines or energy chain
  • Low headroom available
  • Lifetime protection against corrosion
  • Can be combined with steel runways and bridges

  • Intended for indoor use
  • Design follows EC machinery directives
  • Ambient temperature range limits -10°C to +40°C
  • Corrosion category at least C2-M (acc. to DIN EN ISO 12944)
  • Crane control via pendant or radio
  • Up to 6 bridges on one runway
