How to download your Service Report in yourKONECRANES

When you have a service agreement with Konecranes, your service information and reports are available on the yourKONECRANES customer portal. You can see a summary of findings and actions from the visit including safety risks, production risks, undetermined conditions, improvement opportunities and repaired items. This information can also be downloaded as a Service Report or sent by email.
