I work as a technical trainer at Konecranes. I am responsible for courses available in Sweden, Norway and Denmark and I am responsible for the courses at our training center in Stockholm.
After finishing my studies in electrical automation, I started as an electrician at a company building control cabinets for sewage works and hydropower plants in Sweden. In 2012, I started as a service technician at Konecranes. I had the opportunity to start as a supervisor and participated in the oneKONECRANES project in Sweden. Once that was finished, I was given a chance to start as a technical instructor.
My work is important for me, because I can constantly learn new things about all the technology Konecranes is developing. I also get to share my knowledge with the organization in Sweden, Norway and Denmark about all the new upcoming products. I enjoy everything about my job, for example, all the people I meet and learn from every day, as well as the new technology that Konecranes is delivering.
What motivates me in my job is the variation in the work, that I can learn new things all the time, and that there is freedom in work.
