Single leg gantry crane

The single leg gantry (SLG) crane comes with and without cantilever. SLG configuration fits layouts that benefit from the hopper-side runway rail being installed at the grade level. This arrangement saves the cost of an elevated runway structure on that side. SLGs can be used with traveling hoppers, an arrangement that increases the crane throughput by eliminating long travel in the crane work cycle.

Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) Coker Cranes

The coke pit is the production heart of a petrochemical plant, a harsh environment full of moisture, corrosive fumes and abrasive dust. That’s why all of Konecranes coker cranes are built to withstand your toughest conditions.

EOT coker cranes employ an extremely high drum-to-sheave ratio—30:1 vs. the standard 24:1 which helps extend the lifetime of the ropes by up to 40%. It also has built-in overwrap preventer, intelligent load cells to help prevent overloaded or unbalanced loads, gearings (with 58 HRC), carburized, finish-ground and built to AGMA Class 11 minimum for strength needed to withstand daily, near-constant use.
