Model 5 Mobile Harbor Cranes

Successor to Model 5

With the introduction of Generation 6 mobile harbor cranes in June 2021, Model 5 will be replaced. Konecranes is offering two successor models here:

ESP.6 cranes

The new ESP.6 cranes have a slightly shorter working radius of 49 m as well as the same maximum lifting capacity of 125 t and lifting speeds of up to 120 m/min. The classifications have been increased, doubling the product lifecycle in heavy-load, container and general cargo operation, for example. For bulk operation, there are also four-rope grab cranes in the ESP.6B variant in addition to the 40 t motor grab load curve.

ESP.7 cranes

The new ESP.7 cranes have the same data as Model 5 in terms of a working radius of 51 m, a maximum lifting capacity of 125 t and lifting speeds of up to 120 m/min. The classifications have been increased for all applications, doubling the product lifecycle. In addition, ESP.7 cranes have significantly more powerful lifting capacity curves, 3 m more radius in the 125 t heavy load curve (up to 21 m) for example. For bulk operation, there are also four-rope grab cranes in the ESP.7B variant in addition to a 52 t motor grab load curve.
