The portal gives you a transparent view of all maintenance activities, TRUCONNECT data, open and approved quotations, and even spend over a selected time interval. Aggregated data can be viewed, analyzed and shared quickly—for a single asset or an entire fleet—helping you make informed maintenance decisions.
Spare parts for all makes and models
As a registered user on Konecranes Portal you can find manuals and order spare parts and accessories for many brands, makes and models of industrial cranes and hoists. Order tracking shows you when your parts have shipped, and you can easily re-order the same parts.

Store
- Browse spare parts and select lifting equipment by product category or search by keyword.
- View pricing and stock availability and create shopping lists.
- Find generic product manuals and spare part catalogs by searching equipment model. Equipment-specific manuals are available from your asset fleet.
Asset Fleet
- The fleet view shows your known assets and allows you to filter by type, location, asset criticality, TRUCONNECT and more. You can also see safety or production risks and open quotations associated with an asset.
- Easily find service reports and generate or share them.
- In the asset view you can see open items, a list of all activities, TRUCONNECT data, documents, equipment-specific manuals and asset info.
Service
The service dashboard gives you a quick overview of your crane maintenance including:
- Open safety and production risks that require immediate attention.
- Number of service visits, assets serviced and total findings.
- Open, approved and expired or declined quotations.
- Number of assets under agreement and with TRUCONNECT.
- Spend by service type.
- Operator findings from CheckApp for Daily Inspections.
- Links to Business Review, service agreements, documents and Slings and Accessories Inspection findings.
Service Calendar and Reports
- See a calendar view of your service activities with color-coded status indicators.
- Filter by service product, asset type and location.
Service Report
This is your service report for completed service activities, and it shows:
- Findings and actions including safety and production risks, improvement opportunities and repairs.
- Top five findings and actions by asset.
- Comments from technicians and indications for quoted items.
- Spend for hours and materials.
Quotations
- View a list of your quotations and filter by status, service category, asset type and location.
- Some quotes are available for online approval, others may require contacting your sales rep.
Daily Inspection
- If you have CheckApp for Daily Inspections, you can see a summary of inspections passed and failed over a selected time frame and filter the list by inspection status, asset and inspector.
- You can also create custom checklists specific to your site.
Slings and Accessories Inspection
- If you have the Slings and Accessories Inspection you can view all the accessories in your fleet and filter by inspection status, device type, location and next steps.
- From the device view, you can print or download a compliant individual inspection report.
TRUCONNECT overview
- If you have TRUCONNECT Remote Monitoring, the asset view shows you an overview of the current condition of the hoist and its components and an assessment on their safety and reliability risks. You can also see a selection of important usage values relating to running hours and loads.
- Recommendations are displayed for upcoming component replacements and advises you on maintenance actions to plan for future service visits.
- Current and historical faults and warnings that are critical to safety and production are shown in the alerts section.
TRUCONNECT details
More details for crane condition, usage and alerts can be seen for each connected asset:
- Condition shows the current condition of the hoist and its components, any risks related to safety and production, and the estimated remaining service life based on the usage history.
- Usage shows how different crane operating patterns affect the safe operation and condition of the crane and the service life of critical components.
- Alerts shows an overview of any critical faults or warnings that have occurred within the past three months and are critical to safety and production.
Business Review
This section gives you an overview of crane-related operations, performance and future needs:
- Service KPIs summarizes the services you’ve received over the selected time frame. This information can help you see the impact service actions have on safety and production risks.
- The information in the TRUCONNECT section can help you pinpoint connected assets that need attention and make appropriate plans for budgeting and maintenance.
- The CheckApp for Daily Inspections section can help you identify assets and/or practices that need attention.
- Spend allows you to see how much you’re spending on different service activities. This can help in maintenance planning, for instance if you see that you’re spending a large amount of your budget on on-call service, you may need to look at whether a deeper look at the crane is needed, or even modernization or replacement.
Orders
- Your STORE orders are listed here allowing you to see a quick view of order status and shipping date.
- You can also see full details of an order and any related documents such as invoices, packing lists and order confirmation.
- Reordering is as easy as selecting the items from a previous order and adding them to your cart.
