Hybrid Retrofit

Diesel Fuel Saver Retrofit
A low cost, compact retrofit system that can save up to 30% of fuel consumption without compromising performance or comfort.
This technology can be applied to any RTG with a fixed speed diesel gen-set, including other crane brands.

- Lower speed produces less noise
- Components wear more slowly, so replacements are less often required
- All lighting and heating systems, e.g. cabin air-conditioning, remain fully functional during idling.
RTG Cable Reel
This fully electric conversion enables less fuel consumption, less maintenance, lower noise levels and fewer carbon emissions. This technology can be applied to any RTG with a diesel genset including any other crane brand.

Busbar Retrofit
Consistent electric power that is cleaner and cheaper than diesel. This technology can be applied to all Konecranes RTGs as well as any other crane brand.

- Typically 25-30% of total downtime is related to diesel engine maintenance, electrification saves those costs

Mobile Harbor Crane Cable Reel
This technology can be applied to almost any Konecranes-Gottwald Mobile Harbor Crane. It is available for different levels of grid supply voltage:
low voltage (up to 690V) and medium voltage (up to 15kV.)
