Agilon system software: Connecting material flow to data

Real-time visibility and control for connected material flow

Agilon warehouse automation architecture diagram illustrating system integration between equipment, portal, mobile applications and connected supplier and customer ERP systems.

Agilon software connects material flow to data, providing real-time visibility and control over inventory, transactions, and material movements.

The Agilon web portal, access points, and Agilon Mobile work together to connect automated storage, material handling, and inventory information across your operation.

Agilon software also integrates with ERP, MES and procurement systems, helping keep material movements and business data aligned.

Agilon web portal

The Agilon web portal gives you 24/7 visibility into inventory, material movements and transactions. Track stock, generate reports and manage ordering from one place.

Use the portal as a standalone solution or integrate it with your ERP to keep information connected across your operation.

Agilon access points

Connect the automated storage system with the surrounding material flow. Depending on the process, materials can be accessed directly at a standard access point with a user-friendly touchscreen and secure access via PIN, fingerprint or access card, or transferred automatically through connected material handling solutions such as conveyors or trolleys. Customizable access levels help control which materials each user can access.

Agilon Mobile app

Agilon Mobile extends material management beyond the automated storage system. Manage inventory and transactions across different locations, including external warehouses and larger or heavier items stored outside Agilon.

Check item availability and keep material information visible wherever materials are stored.

Integrations for smooth material flow

Agilon integrates with ERP systems such as SAP, Agility ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle to keep material and inventory data synchronized across operations.

It also connects with MES, access control, and business intelligence platforms, including AMOS, Arrow, Timecon, ESMI, and Power BI. These integrations reduce manual data entry and provide a unified view of warehouse and business operations.

Agilon can also connect with material handling and automation solutions such as light-guided pick walls, trolleys, conveyors, and mobile robots. As part of a larger automation system, retrievals can also be triggered directly from MES or WMC.
