Distribution operations rely on speed, accuracy, and clear visibility to keep orders moving and meet customer demands. Manual processes and scattered inventory can slow fulfilment, increase errors, and limit scalability.
Agilon is a warehouse automation system for small parts that combines automated storage, efficient picking, real-time inventory visibility, and connected material flow in a single solution. Agilon helps distribution operations improve order fulfilment, maintain inventory accuracy and use space and resources more effectively through streamlined storage, picking and inventory processes.
Agilon automates picking and retrieval, significantly reducing the time it takes to process and ship orders. This enables faster response to customer demands and improves service. Automation also minimizes product damage and bottlenecks caused by manual errors or delays, supporting smoother and more consistent material flow.
With integrated scales, barcode readers and a user-friendly touchscreen interface, Agilon helps minimize human error while eliminating the need for shelf planning and material balancing. This means the right items are delivered to the right place—critical for customer satisfaction and return reduction.

Real-time updates, barcode search, and 24/7 system access helps keep your warehouse stocked and organized. The Agilon portal provides full visibility into materials management, tracking usage details for jobs or batches. Real-time alerts notify staff when stock runs low for quick reordering. And integration with ERP systems enables automatic replenishment, reducing manual work and improving supply chain efficiency.
The compact, modular design of Agilon uses vertical space efficiently, maximizing storage density and freeing up floor space for packing, staging, or other operations. Its modular structure also supports future expansion as operational requirements evolve.
Connect storage, picking, and transport processes to support efficient material flow across distribution operations. Agilon can be connected with conveyors, transport automation solutions, and warehouse software to help coordinate workflows, improve throughput, and support evolving operational requirements.
Application: Distribution warehouse
Process: Distribution of spare part orders to professional kitchens across Finland
What the customer says: "We needed more office space for after-sales operations and workshop areas but had to stay within the same walls. A traditional shelving system would take up significantly more floor space and wouldn't allow us to utilize room height."
Application: Distribution warehouse
Process: Ships motor and generator spare parts to customers around the world
What the customer says: “Pre-picking speeds up order fulfilment and enhances accuracy, as Agilon delivers only the required package to the access point. This streamlined process eliminates the possibility of picking errors."
