What is an API?



An Application Programmable Interface (API) provides a standard and secure way for different applications to connect and work with each other and deliver the requested information without user intervention.

Available API's

  • Service General Data: gain viDigita Data APIsibility into your crane maintenance history. This API provides structured access to data on which services have been performed on which assets, including the specific service products delivered during each visit.
  • Service Calendar API: stay ahead with proactive maintenance planning. This API gives access to your service calendar, including scheduled maintenance dates and the type of service planned for each visit.
  • Service Visit Costs API: understand the cost breakdown of your service visits. This API delivers detailed insights into time, materials, and expenses used—or fixed costs applied—during each service event.
  • Service Request API (service orders): streamline your maintenance workflows. This API enables you to create service requests—such as on-call or planned repairs—directly from your own systems, ensuring faster response and seamless integration.
  • TRUCONNECT API (ISO 15143:2020 compliant): offers a direct, secure connection to your crane’s critical data—including condition monitoring, diagnostics, and usage information. Instead of navigating multiple portals, you can integrate this data straight into your own systems.
