I'm now working in the Global HR Talent & Rewards Team. My responsibility is mainly to focus on the talent development. We're doing the talent review process, competency profile, assessment tools, and such kinds of topics related to keep our company's people power and ensure our employees' continuous development.
I joined Konecranes in 2010 in China. I have several years of experience related to learning and development. As a result of organizational changes, I took the opportunity for a new role since 2017. And I acted as a business HR to generally support the China Crane and Hoist supply chain. Recently, I got an opportunity to join the Global HR Function by an international assignment and relocated to Finland. I think this new role really gives me a great opportunity to work in a different culture and also in a diverse team.
