I'm Subodh Vaidya, working as an HR Director for Global Functions. My role includes supporting these global function heads in people topics. And when it comes to people topics, that starts with the recruitment of personnel - the talent - and ends with the retirement. So it covers the whole employment lifecycle.
I believe the important things in the work are if one is given freedom to really work the way one wants - obviously within the guidelines there, but yes, the freedom - flexibility, how you really want to do your work and also your ways of working is, and then the future challenges. Because if there are no challenges, obviously the work becomes monotonous.
