About the Program

The Konecranes Technical Leadership Development Program is designed for graduating engineers who are looking to join an industry-leading, team-oriented company that positions them on the fast track to advanced technical and business leadership opportunities such as engineering sales, design engineering, operations or manufacturing. To qualify you must have:

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience
  • Engineering Degree with 3.0+ GPA – electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Relocation – each program section involves relocation within the U.S. between our Milwaukee and Houston locations. 
  • Project Completion – each program section includes a project to demonstrate understanding of key learnings
  • Mentorship – a mentor will be assigned for continued guidance and personal development

Paid to Learn from the Best

Over an 18-month period, the engineer will rotate through five of the major engineering groups in the United States: 

  • Industrial Service
  • Engineer Modernizations
  • Parts
  • New Equipment
  • Global Technical Services

With the guidance of a dedicated mentor you will work alongside other Konecranes professionals to develop and submit an application project for each of the groups listed above. *Job offer contingent on successful program completion.
