Auto-Steering Retrofit

Any Brand Safely lifting, moving and positioning containers or loads is the primary function of an operator. This product steers the crane into position, while the operator focuses on lifting. This technology can be applied to all Konecranes RTGs as well as to other RTG brands.

Path Optimization Retrofit

Any Brand System calculates optimum trolley-hoist trajectory for improved fuel efficiency, cycle times and safety. This technology can be applied to all Konecranes RTGs as well as to other RTG brands.

BENEFITS

Energy consumption can be reduced.
Cycle times are improved.
System prevents collision with stacks and guides container along the shortest route.
Semi-automated: all stacking operations, i.e. picking and placing containers, is still handled manually.

Truck Guiding Retrofit

TOS Reporting Retrofit

Any Brand Now every crane can count its moves, map the position of every load and interface directly with the TOS. This technology can be applied to all Konecranes RTG and RMGs as well as other crane brands.

BENEFITS

Continuous real-time updates of TOS data.
The process operates seamlessly without requiring operator intervention.
Ensures 100% accurate yard inventory.
Prevents containers from being misplaced within the yard.
Monitors all container moves, whether they follow TOS instructions, deviate from them, or are completely unauthorized.
Twistlock operations can be restricted unless the spreader is above the correct slot.

Stack Positioning Retrofit
