New cranes seamlessly integrate into production line

To double their Middle East production capacity, LTC Group sought to establish a second cutting-edge manufacturing plant in Jebel Ali, UAE. Since our involvement in establishing and maintaining LTC’s initial UAE plant in 2010, a steadfast relationship has developed. Over the years, we have consistently offered consultations, services, and customized lifting solutions to accommodate LTC’s evolving operational needs. With processes heavily reliant on lifting and moving operations, we were tasked to supply lifting equipment to their new production facility, aiming to enhance reliability, safety, and productivity with the latest material handling innovations.

The comprehensive solution includes eight Konecranes S-series and four CXT electric overhead cranes plus nine jib cranes, all seamlessly integrated into LTC’s production line. Their preference for our latest S-series hoist was driven by its modern features and compact design. The hoist’s innovative design, with stepless traveling and hoisting movements and adaptive speed range (ASR), facilitates quick and accurate load positioning, reducing lifting cycle times and improving productivity. The synthetic rope not only aligns with the facility’s modern aesthetic but also brings increased durability and a clean operational environment due to its non-lubrication attributes.
