Precise placement, programmable destinations
In most facilities, speed and accuracy are equally important when it comes to load handling. Konecranes End Positioning Smart Feature streamlines processes by automatically bringing the load to the center of a positioning window with one push of a button. This feature is especially useful when repetitively positioning loads in the same place around stationary machines or structures.
End Positioning in action
To use End Positioning, up to 16 end positioning windows must first be defined, such as a loading dock or the crane's home position. The crane operator can then choose an end positioning window and the crane will automatically move the load to the center of the window. As a safety feature, the operator lowers the load manually to complete the movement.
